Update: Goat Head Gear going to IFTD and Lots of reviews

It has been far too long since I last posted to the blog.  A lot has been going on and I will give quick recap.

We are very excited to announce that we will be attending the IFTD (International Fly Tackle Dealer) Show in 2 weeks.  This is a big step for us and we are really looking forward to getting to know dealers and manufacturers there.  We are starting to line up our first our first dealers now and know the show will open up more doors to us.  So hopefully soon, you will be able to get Sole Spikes at your local fly shop.  I’ll do a new post from Reno showing our booth and some pics from around the show.  If you will be at the show, stop by and see us at booth 574, located on casting pond 2.  We’ll have a smokin’ special for dealers who place an order at the show.

Goat Heads Get Around

You may have also seen our Sole Spikes ad in This Is Fly Magazine.  Check it out here.  One other really cool, and totally unexpected promo was that we were included in a drawing held by Field & Stream magazine online.  They had photo caption contest not long ago and one of the prizes was a set of Sole Spikes, courtesy of Tim at Angling Trade.
