Sole Spikes dig in for Ben Murphy
Sorry for not long hiatus from posting reviews. It isn’t for a lack of activity. This is the first of several review posts. This post comes to us from Ben Murphy at AthleteDad.com. Ben is one of the guys behind TrailsRoc.org, a running blog based in New York. Ben started out as somewhat of a skeptic but get this quote:
Wish I’d done do sooner! I was honestly quite impressed! Just three spikes screwed into the forefoot of each sole made a very noticeable difference on the loose, technical, muddy BHT trail surface. Especially on the steep descents!
